Connecting with communities during COVID-19 without appearing ‘tone-deaf’

Together, we’ll explore key questions and challenges you might be considering including:
How, when and why would we engage during this period?
How do we progress projects or meet milestones and gather vital input into decision while also being sensitive to our participants’ struggles and needs?
How do we engage and communicate sensitively and appropriately with people that are anxious, emotional or dealing with major change or difficult impacts on their lives?
