Session overview

From managing the logistics through to connecting people effectively and ensuring your team is collaborative, productive and motivated, moving to working from home can be a tricky transition.

Together, your team will:

  • determine how to best connect and support each other to adjust to this new environment

  • define ways to get work done effectively and efficiently while working remotely

  • identify challenges and opportunities in this new environment, and the priority actions that can be taken individually or collectively to address them.

Objectives and outcomes

These sessions give you an opportunity to:

  • share the challenge being faced and ‘crowd-source’ knowledge, solutions and ideas that fit your team’s needs

  • encourage staff to take ownership over their role in this transition and encourage them to embed and implement outputs and actions

  • connect people remotely through a digital platform and build confidence and skills in collaborating remotely using online tools.

The details

This package includes:

  • 1 x 1-hr inception meeting to clarify key elements of your session and ensure it is tailored to your group’s size and needs

  • preparation and management of all agendas, materials and technology

  • 1 x 2-hr, interactive, professionally facilitated online workshop for up to 20 staff supported by 2 x experienced facilitators

  • provision of all session outputs (raw data – ‘what was said’) for you to use moving forward

  • provision of a session recording.

Here we explore why we’ve decided to release the book for free, and share a short video featuring our MosaicLab co-founders and book co-authors Nicole, Keith and Kim.
