We use an action-learning approach - there are no boring lectures! Rather than simply ‘telling people stuff’, we help you learn through doing. Our training experiences are full of colour, movement and action.

MULTIPLE LEARNING streams
Our courses are practical, relevant and specially designed for anyone who would like to improve their engagement and facilitation knowledge, skills and practice. We provide specialist training in engagement, facilitation, deliberation, conflict and certified IAP2A courses – but we do it differently. Our training experiences are interactive, engaging and highly participatory. MosaicLab Academy offers specialist training in engagement, facilitation, deliberation and conflict.
Engagement
Engage confidently and deliver best-practice processes. Get the tools, templates and resources you need to enhance your engagement planning and drive meaningful engagement outcomes. These training modules have been designed to cater for all levels of experience to benefit those working across a broad range of sectors and roles, from communication and engagement to strategic planning and management.
Deliberation
Empower, expand and enrich a decision-making process. Considering deliberative engagement? Have a difficult problem or issue to resolve? Seeking to engage at a higher level with your community or stakeholders? Our Deliberative Engagement modules prepare you to plan, host and support the delivery of these high-impact processes.
Facilitation
Help groups to work better together. From internal meetings and community workshops to finding common ground and making decisions, solid facilitation skills are powerful and adaptable across a range of issues, formats and contexts. Learn how to identify and respond to high emotion, increase your understanding of conflict styles and access a toolkit of methods, language and approaches to help you navigate difficult conversations.
Conflict
Confidently facilitate high emotion conversations. High emotions and outrage in groups can be challenging. Be prepared and boost your toolkit with new knowledge, skills, insights and confidence.
MULTIPLE WAYS TO LEARN
Training options include self-directed (online in your own time), group (online and face-to-face), a blend of these plus ‘build your own’ customised training (online and face-to-face).
