current opportunity: PROJECT ASSISTANT

We are looking for a full-time project assistant who will provide efficient, high-quality project and administrative support to the MosaicLab team. This includes preparing slides, templates and reports, and managing a range of administrative tasks that keep our projects running smoothly. The role suits someone who can manage multiple priorities at once, work independently and deliver accurate work on time.

We’re a virtual team, so you will primarily be working from home. Some travel to team and client meetings and sessions will be required. Our small team is supportive, friendly and connected - we check in with each other (virtually and in person) regularly and prioritise a positive culture and work environment.

What you will do 

With strategic direction, you will be expected to:

• be responsible for providing a full range of organisational, project and administrative support to the team

• prepare, format and quality-check slide decks, templates and graphics for MosaicLab projects, both online and hard copy

• prepare, write and sub-edit workshop and project reports, ensuring materials are accurate, on-brand and delivered on time

• set up online meeting platforms (for example Zoom or Microsoft Teams), including templates and breakout room functions, ready for use by the project team

• administer data management and provide administrative support for projects (including venues, rsvps management etc) where required

• undertake other tasks within the incumbent’s skills, experience and ability as required and directed, from time to time.
