The winners of our ‘working from home’ online team strategy session competition have been announced. And the winners are …. EVERYONE!
Every entrant was deserving for different reasons and we couldn't pick just two. There were teams working with aboriginal communities, refugees, the homeless, people experiencing family violence and at risk youth. There were others managing complex, significant, community projects and intricate team environments.
The common thread? All of them are looking to smooth their transition to a remote set-up in this time of disruption due to COVID-19. It’s a disrupted time, and we're happy and honoured to be able to support these teams and workplaces as they navigate this change.
MosaicLab will be facilitating these online workshops coming weeks, and we’ll be collating insights from the sessions into a case study. Given so many of you are now looking to move your meetings and workshops online, we’ll share all our thoughts on what the challenges, keys to success and learnings were.
Keep an eye out, because we have a number of other project case studies in the works focusing on online engagement with remotely based participants.
COULD YOUR TEAM BE ‘PULLING TOGETHER’ BETTER?
Perhaps your staff or team is struggling with the transition to working from home. Maybe you’re totally on top of the remote workforce thing, but you need to collaborate around a project, make a decision, navigate a change, refocus your priorities or simply get on the same page. We offer facilitated, internal, online workshops and facilitated meetings for groups of all sizes, and can tailor each session around your objectives and desired outputs.
If you think your team could work together better or have a more effective conversation, get in touch. We offer a range of online and remotely delivered services, and cater for both internal and external participants. We’ve refined these services to meet differing project needs within the current environment, and we’re here to work with you to achieve your goals and stay on track.
