New Deliberative Democracy Resource Hub is here

MosaicLab has launched a new Deliberative Democracy Resource Hub.

Why? It’s part of our ongoing aim to support others to advance the practice of deliberative engagement across Australia and beyond.

A dedicated section in the Resources area of the MosaicLab website, the Deliberative Democracy Resource Hub contains free guides and downloads, access to our video library, project case studies and more.

Why us? We’re fortunate to be ‘up close and personal’ with deliberative engagement processes all the time as part of our daily work here at MosaicLab.

We have designed and delivered 40 deliberative processes across Australia (as of September 2022), plus hundreds of community engagement projects that weave in deliberative elements and principles.

Every process we deliver offers us insights, teaches us something and changes our thinking and approach for next time.

We have harnessed thousands of hours of learnings, experience and knowledge into one place. And now we want to share it all!

A FOUNDATION FOR DISCUSSION, LEARNING AND CAPACITY BUILDING

We hope the resources on the Hub will guide others to deliver improved engagement processes that are richer, better planned, more representative, better measured and underpinned by best practice and evidence-based thinking.

We will also keep this ‘hub’ updated with any new materials, reference document and case studies to help others advocate or learn in this field.
