Our monthly Lunch and Learn webinar series are designed to help others develop greater confidence and knowledge around the specialised skill of community engagement.

The second in our new series of free lunchtime learning webinars will share expert tips for making hybrid workshops enjoyable, productive and engaging – whether you're on a computer screen or in the room.

Designing and delivering impactful engagement projects and processes can be challenging, especially at a time when communities expect (and quite often demand) hybrid/online options are available to allow for sickness, COVID isolation and inability to travel to an in-person session.

PLEASE NOTE: Sessions are open to staff, managers and decision-makers leading or working for organisations that are looking to host or sponsor an engagement process (i.e. in the public, government and not-for-profit sectors). They are not designed for private sector consultants or professional engagement and facilitation consultants.

HYBRID WORKSHOPS - THE WHY, THE WHAT AND THE WOW

Learn how to determine the right time to go hybrid - why you would and when you wouldn’t, plus important principles to help you maintain engagement and interactivity for people online.

This session will explain how to deliver a seamless hybrid experience that allows everyone to take part in a meaningful way.

Note: this session will not focus on the technical aspects of running hybrid sessions. If you’re looking for tips for engagement using technology like Zoom and Teams, our Virtual Facilitation self-directed course is coming soon.
