FREE WEBINAR: ENGAGING DIVERSE VOICES, A LIVE ONLINE CASE STUDY

FREE WEBINAR: ENGAGING DIVERSE VOICES

ELEVATE YOUR ENGAGEMENT SKILLS FOR FREE WITH OUR MONTHLY WEBINARS

The third webinar in our free Lunch and Learn series is all about engaging diverse voices.

This is a big topic, so we have split it up into parts. Part One on 25 November will explore making your processes accessible and includes an online case study featuring first-hand insights from real participants. Register here for the ‘Engaging diverse voices’ webinar.

Robust, effective engagement processes are as representative as possible, and processes can only be truly representative if they include diverse views. There’s a range of reasons people might not participate. Read on for links to free resources to help you overcome them.

SESSION THREE: ENGAGING DIVERSE VOICES - PART ONE

Our third session is on Friday 25 November, 12.30pm - 1.30pm.

Join us and hear from people who have participated in a deep and complex conversation online over almost five months. This is a unique opportunity to listen to first-hand accounts from people who speak languages other than English, who are deaf or hard of hearing, or are blind or have low vision about their engagement experience.

Take away some simple steps to help you bring diverse voices to the conversation and strengthen the input you receive for your project.

WHAT PEOPLE SAID ABOUT PREVIOUS WEBINARS

MosaicLab presented a comprehensive, informative, engaging session that had time to interact with attendees but also kept an excellent pace of informing us. This was not another gab-fest. There was nugget after nugget of useful information.
The webinar was a thought-provoking intro into the pros & cons of community engagement approaches. How they affect cognition in dissatisfied individuals & how to manage negative bias to change were key learnings.

MosaicLab are experts in their field, and present complex issues in an accessible way. Always interactive, which makes learning fun.
Quick, simple, clearly delivered and some very clear ‘hows’ I can take back and integrate in my work. I also liked that you included time to connect with others.
