A CONTINUOUS Conversation

Different times for call new approaches - and this is certainly a different time.

Engagement professionals everywhere are grappling with the dilemma of how to genuinely and sensitively engage with communities during a protracted crisis. There is no easy answer, so let’s connect and try to solve it together in an online engagement experiment.

MosaicLab is excited to be partnering with VoiceVoice (aka ‘VoVo’, as we refer to it around here) to host a continuous conversation. Over the next month or so, you can connect with others in the industry to tackle the topic together. It all starts with an ‘asynchronous’, unfacilitated conversation.

We hope that by getting our fellow engagement professionals together, wherever you are, we can generate some innovative solutions and ideas that we can all use.

The questions this process asks are:

  • What are the biggest challenges or roadblocks when engaging right now?

  • What are the greatest opportunities that you see for engagement right now?

  • How do we progress projects, gather important information, or meet deadlines while being sensitive to our participant's struggles and needs right now?

We will share the outputs with everyone that gets involved. As an added bonus, it is a great opportunity for all of us to test out a new and exciting online engagement tool and approach, and engage with practitioners from anywhere in the world at a time that suits you.

To get started, all you need to do is register here to join a scheduled discussion, or you can set a time and date that suits you and your friends. We have a short explainer video that outlines the process here. Feel free to spread the word and encourage more people across the globe to participate.

The pandemic has tested everyone and our traditional abilities and tools to actively engage with our communities. Let’s find some solutions together!
