WYNDHAM PEOPLE’S ADVISORY PANEL
MosaicLab is a team of senior, experienced community engagement consultants and facilitators. We specialise in high influence and deliberative engagement.
MosaicLab has collected your personal information on this form, with your consent to administer your panel membership, contact you about engagement opportunities and panel communications, and support Wyndham City Council to deliver engagement activities with participants drawn from this panel.
Your personal information will be used for these purposes, including communicating with you, providing access to engagement activities, and supporting your participation in panel-related project.
Your personal information will only be shared between MosaicLab and Wyndham City Council, including relevant Council teams involved in delivering engagement activities. This may include using your information to provide access to online engagement platforms or portals, distribute project materials, arrange venue access (for example, for security or access passes), and support your participation in activities between sessions.
If your personal information needs to be shared with a third party outside of Wyndham City Council for a specific project, you will be informed at the time you are invited to participate and given the opportunity to consent. At the end of engagement activities, we will only share your personal information beyond MosaicLab and Wyndham City Council where you have provided your consent. For example, this may include sharing your email address if you opt in to receive ongoing updates, or providing necessary details (such as bank details) to facilitate participant payments. If you do not provide this information, we may be unable to manage your participation, contact you with relevant updates, provide access to engagement activities, or support a panel that reflects the demographics of the community. MosaicLab will delete all data that could reasonably identify you from our systems within 90 days of project completion and administrative close-out of the project. We retain de-identified information for research, reporting, and continuous improvement purposes.
Storage and security of your information
MosaicLab stores personal information in secure electronic systems, which may include cloud-based platforms used to support engagement activities. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
MosaicLab has processes in place to respond to suspected or actual data breaches. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will take steps to contain the breach and notify affected individuals and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
MosaicLab manages personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principals under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and the relevant Victorian privacy requirements where applicable.
