“MosaicLab brings a smile to my face when I see how diverse people can coalesce around common beliefs
and a desire to form a high performing team, where it is simply fun and always challenging
to work with clients and deliver impactful work.”
- Daniel Klein

Dan has been with MosaicLab since its founding in 2017, playing a pivotal role in establishing the company as a boutique engagement facilitation team recognised for its impactful, values-driven approach.

As the initial CFO, his efforts have been to ensure a sustainable balance of fair finances, respected and rewarded team, with projects that meet MosaicLab values of ‘impact with meaning’ for our Australian society.

Born in the United States, Dan’s career journey took him to Europe, where he spent 18 years working with some of the world’s largest corporations and the U.S. government. His time abroad allowed him to cultivate a unique perspective on leadership and organisational change, which he further strengthened by earning a degree in Business and Leadership while in Germany.

Throughout his career, Dan has remained passionate about helping people and organisations embrace change to foster growth and improvement.

In 1997, Daniel made Australia his home, bringing with him a dedication to creating workplaces that empower individuals and improve their quality of life. He believes that organisations have the potential to be forces of positive change, both in the lives of their employees and in the broader community to enable a better, more engaged democratic society.
