POLLY CAMERON

senior facilitator

"There is nothing more satisfying than seeing the impact of empowering people to have a meaningful say in the decisions that affect them."

Polly is motivated by the need for effective ways to navigate differences, viewing them not as obstacles but as assets. As a facilitator with MosaicLab she works to bring people together to have a meaningful say in the decisions that affect them, fostering an environment where differences are valued. For Polly, the most fulfilling part of being a facilitator is witnessing the transformative impact of empowering people.

With nearly five years of experience in deliberation and over a decade as a facilitator, Polly has worked across various sectors, including government, not-for-profit, social impact, and start-ups - all driven by a desire for positive change.

Polly holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, a Certificate IV in Business, and a Masters in Social Entrepreneurship. She has completed numerous facilitation courses, is a certified NMAS Mediator, and serves as a mediation coach and judge with the Resolution Institute. Currently, she is studying for a Graduate Diploma in Gestalt Therapy.

Polly loves to read and in her spare time you’ll find her slowing down with a good book and a cup of tea. She is also quite the musician - one of her earliest jobs was as a music teacher for young people and she still enjoys playing music, especially with others.
