Justine is a highly experienced marketing and communication professional who joined the MosaicLab team after working with us on our branding and website redesign.

With over twenty years of experience in advertising, marketing and communications, Justine has worked across a number of industries including professional services, hospitality, travel, construction, and not-for-profit.

A strategic thinker who loves problem solving, Justine is highly skilled in brand management, print and digital marketing strategy and execution, creative direction, web design and development and social media strategy and management. Her skills also encompass graphic design for online and print mediums, branding and marketing collateral.

Justine holds a Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations) majoring in Marketing, and has undertaken professional development in photography, videography and engagement.

Committed to perpetual learning and enhancement, Justine constantly seeks ways to polish processes, create innovative solutions, and delve into emerging technologies, particularly focusing on how they can be harnessed to elevate storytelling.

Outside of MosaicLab, she loves to spend time with her family - which usually means you’ll find her watching a basketball game, coaching a netball game, driving to an acting rehearsal or walking her groodles Rose & Olive with her husband and two children.
